• Did you receive a specific error message, or was it a generic "couldn't generate" error?
• Approximately when did this occur?
• Was the credit deduction visible immediately after the failed generation?
• Have you refreshed the page, signed out and back in, or checked whether the credits were restored after some time?
• If possible, could you share a screenshot of the error and your current credit balance?

You can try the steps mentioned below-

1. Refresh the Firefly page and check your credit balance again, as credits may sometimes take a short period to reconcile after a failed generation.
2. Clear your browser cache or try an Incognito/Private browsing window.
3. Try generating a different project or a shorter, simpler video to see if the issue persists.
