Run out of Credits but showing 3000 available can you tell me what's going on

It says in my account that I've got 3000 credit available ( I brought a plan 2 weeks ago costing £9 .80 monthly I only do Photos not Videos  mostly in Firefly can you tell me why it’s not  working. Joe.
