AI generated models struggle with Text: Period. It is a known issue.

I prefer to use

There are many benefits:
I can come back to the project at later date and change: the font, the colour, the text/ copy, the sizing, and even add animation just to name a few things.
I can move the text around as well.

Generated images equals a baked in text. That text is permanent/ uneditable.
