We paid for adobe firefly and subscribed to create AI videos. but everytime we run it, it shows an error. This seems deliberate and perhaps I would love to involve the ombudsman. PLease look into this immediately and solve it.

We are infact unable to post it on here

It is possible to get to 2000 credits with a combination of Creative cloud and other services. I will ask for this to be looked at. It is not one of the common problems, I think.

@droopydog500  Yes I am already subscribed. If you see my screenshot, I have 2000 credits available. A free user doesnt have that many. The buy now always appears regardless of the payment plan - I believe its to pressure the user to upgrade to the max tier, i am a founder of a tech company myself, I understand how companies trick people.

Again, just tried it, nothing works on my end.

Hi @aakash_9381,

I was able to generate a video using your keyframe and prompt.

Did you subscribe to this package:

I think the "Buy Now" button in the upper right seems to indicate that the currently logged in account does not have a firefly premium plan.  If you go to your account page by clicking on "My Account", do you see a Firefly premium plan listed, such as:

Hello @aakash_9381,

For us to provide help, we need some more information.

Which plan did you subscribe to?

Please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing. If you were using keyframes, please upload those as well. Please tell us the prompt you were using. And finally, please also tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Thanks,
    droopy
