Subject: Seedance 2 is not working in Adobe Firefly

Hello Adobe Firefly Support,

I'm experiencing an issue with Seedance 2 in Adobe Firefly.

Whenever I select Seedance 2 and try to generate a video, the generation fails immediately and I receive the following error:

"Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I have already tried:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Using a different browser
  • Clearing the browser cache
  • Logging out and back in
  • Using a stable internet connection

Unfortunately, the issue persists only with Seedance 2, and I'm unable to use this model.

I'm attaching a screenshot of the error for reference.

Could you please investigate whether this is an account issue, a regional restriction, or a technical problem with Seedance 2?

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

    Hi everyone,

Seedance 2 is unfortunately not working for us either, which is extremely disappointing. We keep getting the message telling us to contact our administrator, but at this point we really don’t know what else we’re supposed to do or how to resolve the issue.

We’d really appreciate any guidance or an update from Adobe on what’s causing this and how it can be fixed.

    Hi @Marvin28630202qtmy,

Thanks for reaching! Please try running it again in an Incognito tab and let us know if the issue is now resolved. If not, could you share the reference image(s), how many reference images and frames were added, and the settings (e.g. aspect ratio, resolution, etc.)?

    Regards,

Unfortunately, using Incognito Mode does not solve the issue either.

I inserted the reference image as a screenshot, and I also tested the process using the screenshot directly as the reference image, but the result is always the same.

    The settings are as follows:

    • Model: Seedance 2.0
    • Resolution: 720p
    • Aspect ratio: 16:9 widescreen
    • Frame rate: 24 FPS
    • Duration: 4 seconds

The prompt itself is very simple and should not cause any issues:

“The person stands up, walks through the door in the background, and leaves the room.”

However, regardless of how we modify or simplify the prompt, we repeatedly receive the same error message, or the generation simply gets stuck and does not progress.

We have also tried using the screenshot instead of the original reference image, but this does not change the behavior.

    Hey @Taheri Academy

There is a known issue at the moment.

    Cheers
