"Share" Firefly hyper-link doesn't work from the client side.

Hello,

I attempted to share a BOARD with a client, and none of the recipients were able to get the link to work.

Help!

@mreoman1 no - they still need an Adobe ID login even if its a free account.

Thank you for your response. I should have added that the client likely does not have an Adobe account - which I have read is not necessary to view Firefly Boards. Does that sound correct?

If they are getting a 404 or 502 error when clicking the link, have them go to the Creative Cloud app and use the notifications/bell icon to click the shared link. Been an issue with emailed links from Adobe services recently.
