Sign in not working ?

Is it normal that when I try to sign in on https://firefly.adobe.com/, it leads to :
This site can’t be reached
auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
My computer is up to date, everything always works, problem in Chrome and Brave. Thanks !
