Slow down

Hello,

I would like to report an issue with Adobe Firefly.

As soon as I try to generate an image, the system immediately displays a message telling me to “slow down” and prevents me from proceeding with the generation.

The problem is that this happens on my very first generation attempt. I am not submitting repeated requests, generating multiple images in quick succession, or carrying out any excessive activity that would justify a rate-limit warning.

At the moment, this issue effectively makes the service unusable, since I am unable to complete even a single normal image generation request.

Could you please check whether there is an issue with my account, usage limits, or Firefly’s rate-limiting system, and let me know how this can be resolved?

Since the restriction appears on the very first request, this does not seem to be a normal limitation caused by excessive usage.
