Some prompts generate "Safety issue"

"closeup of dragon scales with gold wire"

Has produced "We encountered a safety issue with this image. Please try again." error without other explanation. Repeating this prompt generates 1-2 image blocks with this warning.

Unfortunately I did not save the style/modifier settings. However, I did close my browser and relaunch and have not been able to reproduce this issue. Does the error generate on the server or client side? What does it mean by "safety" in this case? Is that a content element or something regarding the actual file structure?

I've refreshed with your prompt a few times and have only seen 2 of those error messages out of about 40 images. Can you try doing a hard refresh on your browser and trying again? How often are you seeing this error? Do you have any other style options selected?
