Hello!

Adobe Firefly is not working properly. I am unable to generate images, and the service either doesn't respond or shows an error.

I have tried several times, but the problem persists. I need this tool for my work, so this issue is preventing me from completing my tasks.

Could you please investigate the problem and help me restore access to the service as soon as possible?

    Hey ​@Divine_knowledge6793 thank you for sharing the ref image and the prompt. This helps considerably.

    You might be getting this error message because there are many actions happening at one time. Based on the prompt there are 3 actions happening at the same time.

    recreate the theatrical curtain 
    change the colour
    remove the background

    I find doing one action at a time gives the best results.

    Prompt suggestion

    use reference image, use the details in the image Keep exactly the same shape, silhouette, folds and proportions.

    Change the fabric color to deep dark purple. Make the material look clean, smooth and realistic, with beautiful natural folds and soft highlights.


    Remove the Background
    To remove the background I would use Edit Image: https://firefly.adobe.com/image-editor?tab=generationHistory

    You may consider using Photoshop. As this project seems a bit complicated.

    Hello Nate,

    Thank you for your suggestions! Unfortunately, the problem still persists. I tried your recommended approach and split the process into two separate steps: first changing the curtain's color and texture, and then removing the background.

    However, Firefly still doesn't produce the desired result. The issue remains unresolved.

    Could you please suggest another solution?
