Something Went Wrong Error

Generating video with Firefly, I only get the "something went wrong" error. I've tried multiple times on three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safar), cleared my cache, updated to the latest version. Nothing works. I've tried about 20 times and only get the error.

    Same error every time, wastw of time and money wuth this application.

      Thank you for your message. 

       

      That error can be caused by a number of issues. It helps us to see the whole browser window so we have context on what you were doing when you received the error. Were you using the same prompt or reference images in these generations? If so, it might be those rather than your computer or software that is the source of the problem. Can you please reply with the following information:
      • What video model, length and resolution did you select?
      • A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
      • The full prompt you were using.
      • A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.

      I have tried on google and incgonito, used simple prompts such as generate an apple, changing the ai models, and restarting firefly, nothing works.

      We want to assist you and help resolve the challenges you are encountering. Things not working as expected is frustrating.

      We need a bit more information as ​@droopydog500 has requested. Could you provide more information to proceed. Without the requested information it is difficult to assist you and resolve the issue.

      Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.
