Actually it seems to be something to do with the image itself. Make sure that image is smaller size and in 72dpi.

I have the same issue. I am not using people just an image of a city and it keeps dropping the same meassage. Most of the time I only get the error that something went wrong with no detail.

The first one could have been a temporary problem. Unfortunately, that error message does not convey much information.

Thank you, I got it. I understand the second restriction. Still don't know what is going on with the first error.

Hello @Gabor M Gyurko,

This error is generated because the Firefly video beta will not generate videos with a reference image that contains children. Whether Firefly video when it leaves beta and enters production still has that restriction, we do not know. But the beta currently has that restriction.

I think this is not generating because of the children issue. I was just able to change aspect ratios back and forth on a test video and it worked on, regardless of the aspect ratio of the keyframe.

My best,

Hello @Gabor M Gyurko,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Are you getting this every time or just with some generations?  Can you please show a screen shot of the whole browser window and not just the dog?

Thanks,
