I get this message every time i try to use text to image, any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks

Try signing into a new browser window or a different browser.

There are multiple possibilities. A few things to try first...

It is possible your Adobe authentication has expired? Check to make sure you are still logged in.
See if a browser plug-in is interfering. Try opening a "private" browser window or another browser and see if you can generate images
Are you having a network or firewall issue which might block traffic to Adobe servers?

That is where I would start.
