Something went wrong error. Unable to generate video

We created a new account, started with that new account in incognito mode.  Got same outcome - no error ever appeared, but video wouldn’t generate.

Initially, I had this: 
The dark-haired man in the black open-collar suit is naturally engaged with the nearby guests. He listens as another guest speaks, then gives a brief relaxed smile and small conversational response. He holds his champagne flute casually without drinking. His attention stays on the group around him. Nearby guests continue subtle natural conversation and gestures. Gentle observational camera drift, realistic restrained movement, shallow cinematic depth of field. End with him still engaged with the group.

I get this same error with this simple prompt: 
The dark-haired man in the black open-collar suit is naturally engaged with the nearby guests.

I am also using a community gpt that is called Firefly Prompter.  

I am on a macbook, using Chrome.  Software doesn’t work with Safari - that’s my only browser I have approved. 

I got the same error in incognito mode as well as with all of the models, not just King 3.0.

My friend generated 10 videos of similar style without issue up until Iwehit this. I logged in to start helping to generate and can’t.  We’ve been assessing the solution to determine if it is going to meet our needs for creating the songwriter’s MVs.

I noticed in your prompt the use of a negative prompt. I find using positive reenforcing prompts work better. Ask for what you want:
