Something went wrong Please try again later. due to adobe system under load !!!!!

I’m having an issue with Firefly video generation today. No matter which video model I select, every generation attempt fails with:

Something went wrong — Please try again later.

I checked the browser DevTools → Network to see what is actually causing the request to fail, and the response shows:

error_code: "timeout_error"
message: "system under load"

So this doesn’t seem to be related to the prompt or reference images. I tested different models and inputs, and the same timeout error keeps happening.

Has anyone else experienced this today, or knows if there’s an ongoing issue with the generation servers?
