"Something went wrong; The model you're using is currently unavailable. Please try again later" error message showing after attempting to edit videos (upscale) and generate videos.

I’ve input a wide range of videos into the video upscaler with different resolutions and codec formats, but I can’t seem to get this to work. Everytime I import a video and then set up the generation settings to my liking and then press generate, it loads and then gives me this error message.

I know the issue is not that the videos I’m importing are already 4k or something like that or that they are too large, so I’m not sure what’s exactly going on here. Also I’ve signed out and signed back in, and tried different browsers, but nothing seems to work.

It’s becoming very annoying having to try over and over with no results. The work I need have done involves important matters and as I intended to use this service with the fact that it’s not working is very frustrating. I’m not willing to pay for something that simply doesn’t work… and I’m on the edge of just completely switching to something else.
