Sometimes 2 pictures reference doesn't work. Worked for me couple times: "Replace first picture background with background from second picture.", but then started to do wild things - like cutting head on 2nd image.

With something like this, I would consider first removing the background image. Download the image. 
With the background image that you want, place it in the style reference image: found in Firefly Model 4 or older models.

with the downloaded image, using Firefly model 4 or 3 slow mode place in Composition Ref image.

You could also do this in Adobe Firefly boards. Same process as above.
