Sometimes when I create a new text box and type in text it just disapears when I click out of it. I checked if it is "sending to back" and needs to be brought forward and that is not the case

I can't duplicate any text boxes or create any, when I do and type something in, it appears they just go into oblivian.

    This seems like a performance issue. Could you let us know which OS and browser you’re using? Here's more info on what Firefly's technical requirements.
    Also, please make sure everything is up-to-date and let us know how it goes.

    Hello Hajar! Thanks so much for replying. I am using chrome: Version 146.0.7680.76, and I am on macOS Tahoe 26.0.01. I have a video attached where im showing the issue that is occurring.

    Thanks rzlebek for sharing the recording,

    I understand that you’d prefer to reuse the same text box instead of inserting a new one. Have you tried selecting the text box and using Cmd + C and Cmd + V to copy and paste it? I tested this approach and it seemed to work.

     

    Let us know if that resolves the issue.
