Speech Generation doesn't load. It just spins and spins.

When I attempt to use the credits my company purchased to generate speech, it never loads. I’ve signed out, rebooted my computer and tried over and over again. It never loads. I either get a spinning circle or a fuzzy AI creature saying to try later. The one time I was actually able to generate speech, editing the generated file was a nightmare and useless. 

Why push a product, charge people and businesses when you damn well it’s not ready. Do better Adobe.
