Still I have a same problem with my Firefly

Dear Adobe,

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the email, but even after signing in to my Firefly account, I am still unable to access and use the Firefly application. It keeps prompting me to sign in again and denies me access. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
