Stuck on "Model version" screen

I am unable to use Firefly because it keeps asking me to confirm a model. I have done this several times and nothing made this go away. I'm using google chrome on a chromebook.

As I was generating an image with my new account, I was asked which "Model version" I would like to use. There was a "Confirm" button to confirm which model version I would like to use. One of the options I had clicked on had a grey confirm button, so I clicked on the other option. That option had a blue confirm button, when I pressed it, the website seemed to become stuck.

Good morning,

When I open a file from my favorite gallery appeare this window I cannot close.

I tried to upgrade my browser (google chrome), but unfortunatly I should have to reinstall it, but I'm afraid I will lose all files in my favourite gallery. Is it true?

Many thank

Vivien

Similar issues have been reported by others, but I could not find one in this forum that had a solution.

Can you please tell us what your operating system version is (like Windows 11 or MacOS 14.1)?

If you upgrade your browser, it is very possible your favourites will be lost.  Can you please try using firefly in a different browser (like Firefox or Microsoft Edge) and see if you have the same problem?  Note that your favourites saved in Chrome will not be visible in the other browser, but that is ok just to test this.
