Hello I just paid for the 199 for adobe firefly for credits. I canceled the recurring after I purchased the credits that I need however it is still saying that I have no credits can you please help

@valerieg40938182 did you cancel within the initial 7 day window? If so it may have cancelled you outright instead of just the recurring charges. Did your payment completely process before cancelling?
