Support Request Regarding Restrictions in My Firefly Membership

Merhaba Adobe Destek Ekibi,

Firefly üyeliğim olmasına rağmen sadece görsel oluşturma özelliğini kullanabiliyorum. Ancak, diğer özelliklere erişemiyorum (örn. metinden vektöre, metinden şablona, metinden videoya vb.). Üyeliğimin sunduğu tüm imkanları kullanabilmem için bu sorunun bir an önce çözülmesini istiyorum.

Gerekli kontrolleri yapıp bana bir çözüm önerebilir misiniz? Hesap bilgilerim güncel ve üyeliğim aktif. Konuyla ilgili rehberliğinizi bekliyorum.

Thank you for your message. 

 

The error message that you included is shown when you try to generate videos with Firefly image to video or text to video and you do not have a Firefly premium plan. Those are premium features that require a separate Firefly plan. Those are detailed on this page: Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans. Have you subscribed to one of these two plans?

 

Text to vector and text to template should be available on any Creative Cloud plan (text to vector only if you have Adobe Illustrator in your plan). If you have a creative cloud plan, and those are not working, please provide a screen shot of those errors.
