    Hello @Student Ambassador in SV,

We are sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying to relaunch Firefly in an Incognito/Private Browser window (Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome / Safari / Firefox) and checking if it helps?

If the problem persists, kindly share more information, like the exact version of the Browser/OS and details about the exact steps taken when encountering this problem, so we can better assist you.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks,

    Anubhav
