taking to long to generate video although my networks are also good please fix this as soon as possible

I have the exact same problem, except this time I've been rendering video all night, and after 8 hours, there's still no video. I did this several times a month ago, and nothing seems to have changed. I'll probably try again in a few months... at the moment, Firefly only generates photos for me.

We are sorry to hear that your video generation has been stuck on that loading screen for the past three days.

Since clearing your browser data hasn't resolved the problem, I am escalating this issue to our engineering team right away so they can investigate what is causing the generation to hang and work on a fix.
 

In the meantime, to help unblock your work, I recommend a workaround: try accessing and opening your previous generations directly through the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Using the desktop app can bypass the browser-based session issues that often cause these endless loading screens.

And when i click on view all it shows me 

everything but after clicking on anyone of those generation
