bonjour, j'ai créé un visuel dans Adobe FireFly, mais après de multiples tentatives il m'a été impossible de télécharger le fichier.

Mon problème a été résolu.

J'ai réussi à télécharger aujourd'hui sans problème mon image à partir de Safari.

je n'ai pas très bien compris pourquoi ça bloquait mais maintenant cela fonctionne parfaitement !

Can you please try Chrome or Edge as a test?

J'ai utilisé la fonction "text to image" d'Adobe Firefly et je travaille sur Mac donc mon navigateur est Safari.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Which Firefly function where you using (Generative Fill, Text to Image, Text to Video, etc.)?  Can you try using Chrome or Edge and see if you get the same error?
