text becomes messed up when i upscale

Question

Firefly’s upscale is unusable. Anything with text in it turns into a mush, with extra lines and connections added to text that aren’t even there in the original. This is like generating from a year ago on other platforms. Considering how much we pay for adobe they should at lest be keeping up.

The upscale settings you used?
What feature were you using? (Edit tab, Boards..)
A copy of the original image
The upscaled result showing the issue

Seeing both versions and the settings will really help us pinpoint what’s causing the problem and offer more tailored tips or workarounds. Looking forward to hearing back!
