Text does not update properly, it gave a gobbly gook letter implementation when given specific instructions

I wanted a logo animation with text below. The text below was specifically stated in my prompt but the result came back with gobbly gook letter combinations, rendering the result useless.

    AI image generating models simply struggle with text. It is a known issue. 

    To add text to an image or video I would use: 

    Adobe Express
    How to Add Text to Video in Adobe Express

    How to Add Text In Adobe Express


    Adobe Express is a free App with paid options.
    There is much more flexibility w using Adobe Express
    Many fonts, colours, formating options, and being able to annimate the text to name a few options
