Text to Avatar results in error message "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support"

Trying to open and use text to avatar functionlity results in the error message "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support for help."

Used Firefox, Chrome, Edge on Windows 11. Cleared the cache, restarted, asked other users from my organization. They all have the same issue. I tried also on mobile phone (iPhone 15, edge). Same error. So it would be professional to address and inform users and sys admins on this issue.
