Text to Image not working

@3049915675cf, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble. I just tried your prompt and got these results instantly, so it's not this particular prompt. Were you able to use Firefly successfully at one point, but only having problems in the last several days? If so, did anything change in your OS or internet access? Do you have any third-party firewall or antivirus software running? Have you tried accessing with an incognito (private) browser? Note that favorites will not be saved if you use one. I'm not sure what else to suggest, other than seeing if you can access Firefly from someone else's computer on a different IP address, if that can be arranged.

@Jacob30308806z6d1, my apologies, when I answered you yesterday, I thought you were using the Text effects module… I was reading too fast! Are you still having problems with the Text to image module? If so, please let us know if you are.

@J E L @Tracy.H   I'm experiencing exactly the same issue for several days now - refreshing, clearing cookies, different browsers or devices didn't help

Please perform a hard refresh on your browser Ctrl(Cmd) + Shift + R. If this doesn't work, try accessing the site with an incognito browser.
