Text to Image: Something went wrong

Since yesterday, I and several colleagues have found that, whatever prompt you enter, images are not being generated. All you get is a "Something went wrong. The image produced an error. Please try again". We tried prompts that Adobe has suggested in the Text to Image front page as well as prompts that have worked for us perfectly well before. This is posted as a discussion as well by another user, and I replied to that, but there has been no response to that from Adobe. The most recent prompt I used was, "A happy human looking robot writing a poem and painting a picture and carving a sculpture." Error message below. Please help!

    I have the same error - Mac 15.5.

    Hello @Juane37682060luez ,

    Ok, thank you.  Are you getting this on every generation or just a few?

     

    If on every generation, please do a screen recording showing you prompting and the error coming back and also let us know what browser and version you are using.

     

    If it is just a few, please share a screen shot along with the prompt you used. If you used a Structure Reference, please show that also.

    You may need to perform a hard refresh on your browser to see the changes. Ctrl(Cmd) + Shift + R. If that still doesn't work, please clear your cookie.

    Same problem here, neither Firefly nor Adobe express currently seem to work.
