So, 

after all the possible troubleshoting (logging out, different browsers, different providers, different devices changing ip, all the updates) am left with endless loop of wait screen. 

I am kinda pressured to seek resolve as am running things over the discord and I am completely unabled to now.

    @Kevin Stohlmeyer Thanks Kevin, I am aware of article but unaware of the any announcement that they have been reinforced. More over, isn't the all app running unlimited to a slower pace once faster are out? 

    This is rather confusing? 
    Generative fill works which wouldn't be the case if I was out of

        Update: 
        The alt account works.. and now I suspect it has to do with credit limit although it generates for hours now.. 
        Did we had any announcements for credit onset for CC all app. users?
