text to video - cannot load

hi, I keep getting this when i want to generate text to video. I have restarted my laptop, use different broswer (chrome and internet explorer) but the issue still comes. I wonder what seems to be the problem?

it happens when i clicked generate. it would give me any video. i have checked under files, and no video for that particular prompt was generated.

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you get the error after the video is generated? Can you check under files and see if the video was generated?
