Text to Voice - Pronunciation fix does not apply to regenerated clip

I am trying to fix the pronunciation of PREA to “Pre-yah”. I can get it to sound right in the “Fix Pronunciation” but when I apply it and regenerate the clip, it goes back to the old sound or something worse.
