The AI generator is getting many of my requests blatantly wrong yet I'm still charged credits for the mistakes. Sometimes there is no change made at all after editing prompts and I'm still getting charged credits.

The AI generator is getting many of my requests BLATANTLY wrong yet I'm still charged credits for the mistakes. Sometimes there is no change made at all after editing prompts and I'm still getting charged credits. I’ll ask to remove a certain object from an image and the AI will either not remove it or if it does remove it it will add some other thing I didn’t ask for. I’m getting charged a lot of credits for the AI mistakes that I have to redo over and over again until I get what I was asking for or I settle for what I get.

    Hey @darren j crane
    Help us. Help you.
Sorry to hear you're running into this issue. Could you provide more information; so, the team can proceed to troubleshoot? Without the requested information it is difficult to assist you and resolve the issue.

    Same video/ image output

It is frustrating to spend credits on multiple edit attempts and receive what appears to be the same image/ video output each time, especially when you're trying to fix specific issues in the generated result.

    >>Press generate: ONLY ONCE or Twice<<. If the generation is taking forever, not generating, or giving you the same results: just press generate once or twice. This will help you save credits.

Consider reaching out for suggestions in the community

To help us investigate, could you please provide a few additional details?

    •  Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.
    • Which video/image feature are you using (Generate Video, Video Edit, Remix, Scene-to-Video, etc.)?
    • What specific changes are you trying to make to the video/ image?
    • Are the edits completely ignored, or do you notice any subtle differences between generations?
    • Could you share the edit prompts you've tried?
    • Does this happen with every video/ image, or only this particular project?
    • Approximately when did this start occurring?
    • If possible, could you share screenshots or screen recordings showing the original video/ image and the edited outputs?

In the meantime, you may want to try:

    1. Using more specific edit instructions- Instead of broad prompts like "fix the glitches," try describing the exact change you'd like to see (e.g., "remove the extra hand on the left side" or "make the character face forward throughout the scene").
    2. Start a new edit session- Create a copy of the video or start a fresh edit workflow to determine whether the issue is tied to a specific generation.
    3. Try a different browser or an Incognito window- This can help rule out browser-related issues.
    4. Test with a small, obvious edit- For example, make a noticeable color, lighting, or style change. This can help determine whether the edit function is processing requests but not applying the specific changes you're looking for.

    Cheers

    Nate
