the AI is no longer letting us give negative feedback. it's always blocked. you can say you like an image but not that you dislike it. you click on thumbs down but you can’t everr submit the negative feedbak. 

no matter what issue you chose. 

ANd this as of late has been the case with a big number of images created by the AI.
