The ai is not using reference image to generate, it is randomly generating scenes in adobe firefly

Since Firefly is not using your reference image, I am suspecting that there might be an ownership issue, so please make sure that you have permission and appropriate rights to use the image. You can check Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines for more info on this.
If that is not the issue, then I encourage you to double-check the format of the image, it's best if it's a PNG or JPG.
