The bug reporting now isn't working!

When I choose “Generate using Firefly” from Lightroom Classic, my default browser (Firefox, latest version) opens but the page just gets stuck on loading and never completes the upload. I have tried other browsers - Edge, Chrome & Vivaldi - when I select an image to upload the process simply doesn’t happen. I choose an image and - zilch. The page stays as it is.
