The Firefly Custom Model used up the credits but didn't train.

I recently trained a character model. For some reason, I received an email stating that the custom model was ready, but when I opened the link, it prompted me to train it again—yet claimed I didn't have enough storage. The credits were used up, even though I have at least 10 GB of space in Creative Cloud.

Hi Pablo Frk,

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with your Custom Model training.

I wanted to let you know that I have escalated this bug to our internal team for investigation. They will be looking into why the training was marked as ready but prompts you to train it again when you try to use it, along with the consumed credits and the storage error you received.

I will keep this thread updated and let you know as soon as I hear back from the team with next steps.
