The hand on the man's right arm is a left hand. I clarified the error with a prompt to correct this and it is still incorrect
The anatomy is not showing accurately. In the photo the man has his right arm extended but the hand on that right arm is a left hand making this anatomically inaccurate. I specifically asked for this to be corrected and it still came out incorrectly.
