Hi @Dhamma Media30547939v747, it looks as though you are trying to access Firefly via a mobile device. While it does work sometimes, Firefly is  not optimized for smartphone use yet. What browser are you using on your device? How many tabs do you have open? Does your phone have enough RAM to complete the tasks? Can you try accessing Firefly via a desktop computer with a browser such as Chrome or Edge and let us know if you are having the same issue?
