the image is not uploading. After several attempts its getting uploaded. Prompt is not at all getting followed. This is so unexpected.

For Image to Video, Image is just not getting uploaded, I have to repeat the process of clicking on upload - upload, 20-25 times, then it is getting uploaded, plus the prompt is just not followed at all. It seems Firefly is living in its own world and has nothing to do with the uploads and prompts. this is such a time wastage

    Thank you for your message. 

    Prompting is a lot of trial and error. If a prompt isn’t working, reword the prompt. 
     

    We need additional information to understand what is happening. Can you please reply with the following information:

    • A screen shot of the whole browser (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

    • A copy of the keyframe(s), reference images or video you were using (if any), or image you were using in generative fill.


    Could you provide an example of your prompt(s)? Without this information, we can’t really help you.
