The images I uploaded were not used in the result

It's even difficult to lodge a complaint ! smh , I can't even uploaded files without resizing them . So time consumingThe images I uploaded were not used in the prompt and I lost 1000 credits , it has happened previously but I thought the issue would be resolved by now, I really irritated because I feel as though I am being robbed every time I use Adobe Firefly , It started off as an ok app now its slowly declining into a ball of stress

      We completely understand why this would feel frustrating, especially when the uploaded images don’t seem to be reflected in the output. So it’s important we look into this more closely.
       

      To help us investigate properly and make sure nothing gets missed, could you please share:

      1) Example output where the issue occurred

      • A specific result where Firefly generated prompts or outputs without using the uploaded file.
      • Include both model selected and the exact prompt that was entered at that time.

      2) The original file(s) you uploaded

      • Please attach the file(s) in a .zip folder so all metadata and details are preserved

      3) Optional but helpful

      • Whether any resizing or edits were previously made to the uploaded file.
         

      Once we have both the problematic output and the original zipped files, we can look more closely at what might be happening.

      any ai models is not taking first image frame
      all the ai models in video generation is not taking the first frame image. everytime i tried to generate video the video completely starts from some other frame which is not at all related to my first frame
