@joaquin popek  if you are an Enterprise licensed user - contact your Admin to allow access to these features. If you are not an Enterprise user and a subscriber, these features will not be available for individual/teams plans.

I do have a subscription that enables me to have this feature, in fact, this is why I requested the subscription upgrade.
But when I click on the creative-production link it takes me to the same simple video that was mentioned before.

@Joshua35415231duip Totally agree with you there - needs an intro paragraph explaining the option for Enterprise customers and then video below. It should link to this page honestly - https://business.adobe.com/products/firefly-business/firefly-creative-production.html

    That's clearly what the video itself is for, but the experience is completely broken. The page loads with no header or footer and the video plays and the user is just stuck there. There's no CTA or anything either.

    @Joshua35415231duip @Ethan249688956lt9 does your company currently have a subscription (separate contract) for Firefly Gen Studio/API access? If not, then the video is an introduction to what you can do with those add-ons (for a cost).

      Ok, two people have reported this so there might be a problem. I am not an enterprise user, so I cannot check. I have asked Adobe if there is a problem.

      Hello, when I try and open up Creative Production on Firefly, I just get stuck on the video intro?

        Thank you for your message. 

        I presume you are an enterprise user as that is an enterprise feature. Please contact your local Adobe administrator in your organisation for assistance. If you are not sure who that is, please start with your IT department.

         

        If you are not an enterprise user, that feature is only available to enterprise plans.
