The new user interface is a mess and doesn't work—it loads slowly, stops loading, and freezes the entire view of the generated images. I can no longer scroll through older images

Sorry, but I have to tell you that the new user interface is a mess and doesn't work, it loads slowly, stops loading, and freezes the entire view of the generated images and favorites section.

I can’t longer scroll through older images. Everything is slow; I can't open a generated image, and there are problems with editing, if I click on an image, everything freezes.

In short, my files and favorites sections are practically unusable. This update has really made everything worse. 🙁

    Hi, many thanks for your reply.

    - Both Chrome and Firefox

    - Yes, I'm having the same issues with both browsers.

    - Windows 11 Home.

    - I use two different Wi-Fi depending on where I am.
     

    I haven't cleared the cache because I'd lose my site settings. These issues only happen with Firefly; they don't occur with other image-generation sites.
    I used incognito mode, but nothing has changed

    Loading my favorite generated images is slow and seems to take forever because, with the new wall-scroll interface, they load continuously without stopping. To access images created months ago, I have to wait a long time, and the loading process often freezes. Also, if I click on a generated image, I can no longer copy the prompt or edit it—I can’t do almost anything.

    To help us investigate further, could you please share a few more details?

    • Which browser are you using (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.)?
    • Have you tried accessing Firefly using a different browser, and if so, does the issue persist?
    • Which operating system are you using (Windows, macOS, etc.)?
    • Have you tried switching to a different internet connection (for example, mobile hotspot vs. Wi-Fi) to see if that makes any difference?

    If the above steps doesn’t help, please share a screen recording showing the slow loading, freezing behavior, or any error messages you're encountering. This will help us better understand and troubleshoot the issue.
