The video upscaling takes too long

I upload a fairly decent 15 seconds video, just a 768p. I wanted to upscale to 1080p, but it took a long time to upscale and i have been waiting for 20 minutes. And it is still upscaling at the time I’m writing this. This is frustrating because it should not be taking this long, not even 4k. What is going on?

Current settings: Astra, Creative, Subtle, 1080p.

I just cancel it and now I could not get my credits back. This felt like a scam almost 👎🏻
