• Did the upscaling remain stuck on a specific percentage, or was it continuously processing without progress?
• Does this happen with all videos or only this particular file?
• Are you using Firefly on the web app or desktop app?
• Which browser and operating system are you using?
• Approximately when did this occur?
• Could you share a screenshot of the processing screen and the credit usage, if available?

In the meantime, you may want to try:

1. Refreshing the page and checking whether the upscaled video appears in your Generation History.
2. Trying the upscale again in an Incognito/Private browser window.
3. Testing with a shorter or different video file to see if the behavior persists.
4. Trying a different browser to rule out a browser-specific issue.
