they took a 400 credits for one image generation request and dublicate the request 10 times

Generating images two times, charging two times as well
Firefly is regularly generating a promt 2 times. Soo I get 2 times the same image. I do not hit the button very hard or long, it just happens. I often use the free ai, but now that i'm optimizing images, Ive lost at least 200 credits untill now, and that doesn't make me happy. How can i get those credits back.

Could you explain a bit more about what happened so we can better assist you? What did you generate, and which settings did you select? When you mention the generation was duplicated, do you mean you received 10 results from a single request? If so, please share a screenshot of the duplicates from your Generation history.

It just happened again. I generated an image using the Gemini 3.0 model at 2K quality with a 3:4 aspect ratio. This usually costs 40 credits. However, this time when I clicked “Generate,” it produced 8 duplicate versions, which ended up costing me 320 credits.
