Hi guys, in Adobe Firefly, I am taking "This image has Content Credentials" error whenever trying to upload my referance image at style or composition section. It was working perfectly two days ago. What happened? It gives this error for every image. I even try my own image. It gaves same error.

    Hi @Omer316921405uzy @heavy_5647,

Hi there, thanks for reporting this. I'm sorry you're running into this issue.

To help us better understand what's happening, could you let us know:

    1. Are you seeing the message "This image has Content Credentials" as an informational notice, or is it preventing you from uploading the image entirely?
    2. Does the issue occur with all reference images or only certain files?
    3. What file format are the images you're trying to upload (JPG, PNG, etc.)?
    4. Are you using Firefly on a web browser or the mobile app?
    5. Have you tried a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window?

In the meantime, you can try:

    • Refreshing the Firefly page and signing out and back into your Adobe account.
    • Clearing your browser cache and cookies.
    • Testing with a different image that does not contain Content Credentials metadata.
    • Trying another supported browser to see whether the behavior persists.

    Regards,

    Tarun

Hello, it's the same for me: a few minutes after encountering a system error, I can no longer use the images I created with Adobe Firefly.

Right now there is no problem. It is working again but few hours ago I was receiving "This image has Content Credentials" error. I did not change or clear anything and just wait few hours and opened it at Google Chrome again. I did not even try different browser.
