Thumbs-down/feedback option not appearing on generation results

I’m unable to locate or use any feedback control (thumbs-down, rating, etc.) on Firefly-generated images in the web app — checked by hovering over both the full image and thumbnail views, with no control appearing anywhere in the UI. 

Because of this, I have no in-app way to report several generations that directly contradicted explicit prompt instructions rather than simply underperforming:

1. A prompt explicitly preserving a garment’s color/pattern/design resulted in the garment being changed to a completely different type (hi-vis safety vest → quilted puffer vest).
2. A prompt requesting a dynamic, weight-shifted pose returned a flat, symmetrical stance with no weight shift at all.
3. Multiple attempts (with reference images attached) to edit a vehicle control handle into a mechanically accurate shape produced non-functional, implausible geometry instead.

Separately, I’d also like to ask whether credits spent on generations that reversed an explicit prompt instruction (not just lower-quality results) can be reviewed for refund — please let me know if this needs to go through a different support channel instead.
