I’m wanting to use the video editor and the optoin to create a new timeline is giving me errors

I’m getting to this by clicking on timeline editor in the left panel and selcting create New Project.

I then get this chap that is about how I feel. haha

Could you try logging out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me with other issues before.

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? Your video would help considerably.
